JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:- All Service tax activities, including calculation, preparation, payment and Submission of Returns.
- Developing a good Accounting System with Internal control so that accounting functions works spontaneously and reduced the possibility of fraud & errors and always updated.
- Manage Online Banking transaction like NEFT, RTGS, Online deposit of taxes, Online filing of various Returns.
- Managing GST.
- Preparing and maintaining accounts with hands-on experience in handling taxation and auditing related matters.
- Managing day to day accounts related activities in co-ordination with internal/ external departments for smooth financial operations.
- Preparation of Financial Statements (Profit & Loss A/C and Balance Sheets) of Individuals, trusts, Companies. Preparation of Projected Profit & Loss A/c.
- Computation of income, preparation of income tax & wealth tax returns, online filing of Income Tax returns, completion of assessment works by providing necessary details and attending the concerned assessing officer.
- All TDS related activities, including deduction of TDS, deposit, Submission of Return, issue of TDS certificates.
- Coordination with Auditors/ consultants engaged by the company.
- Portfolio Management including Buying & Selling of Shares and other Investments like Mutual Funds, Debentures, Bonds, PPF, NSC, RD,MIS, LIC etc.
- Finalization of Balance Sheet every year.
- Willing to undertake any reasonable addition to tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
- Willing to respond to any changes in the function as governed by the management.
- Understand the confidentiality of departmental activities and observations and be discreet.

B). Seo Expert
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Well versed with on-page activities such as meta tag optimization, interlinking, keyword and LSI optimization, Duplicate content checks, Sitemap (HTML & XML), Image optimization and robots creations, URL Structure, Internal Linking, site speed check etc.
- Monitor and report on website errors and metrics using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Should be able to create custom reports, goals and report on same. Leverage Analytics to create on-going content creation strategies and other optimization.
- Work on all aspects of on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, content analysis, competitor analysis.
- Should have executed advanced tools for SEO research & analysis preferably (MOZ, SEMrush, Ahref/Majestic etc).
- Experience in carrying out in-depth SEO audits which highlight the website issues.
- Execute off-page activities such as backlink outreach, anchor text optimization, content syndication, link juice sculpting, backlink clean-up, proper follow/no-follow distribution and should create in detail tracking and reporting.
- Content Analysis - Reviewing the content, Special focus on checking for keyword density, keyword prominence, and proximity
- Recommendations/ suggestions to the editorial team to create SEO friendly content.

D). UI & Graphics Designer
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced and talented UI and Graphics designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences..
Responsibilities- Create, improve and use wireframes, E-mailers, , style guides, user flows, , Banners, prototypes and communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods impactfully.
- Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
- Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
- Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin.
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
